- 1 envase carne picada vegana (next level de Lidl)
- 2 ajos
- al gusto perejil picado
- 1 pizca sal

- 1/2 cebolla
- 1 hoja laurel
- 1 cda harina

- En un bol mezclamos la "carne" con el aquafaba, si no tenéis podéis usar leche vegetal, los ajos, el perejil y la sal, mezclamos bien y añadimos el pan rallado. *Realmente la humedad que le aporta la leche o el aquafaba no es necesario, ya que al no ser carne de verdad no van a quedar duras ni "mazacote".

- Ahora vamos con la salsa. En un poco de AOVE, sofreímos la cebolla, cuando esté pochada le añadimos una cucharada de harina, removemos bien con una cuchara de madera y añadimos el agua o caldo, añadimos una hoja de laurel y dos o tres pimentas y una pizca de sal. Removemos bien y añadimos el tomate frito.



- Añadimos las albóndigas a la salsa y dejamos que se hagan unos minutos al fuego, para que cojan sabor y se reduzca la salsa un poco. Podéis freír unas patatas en cubitos y añadirlas también.
