- 1 cebolla cortada en dados

- 3/4 cdta. sal
- 1 taza agua o caldo de cerdo
- 1 naranja cortada en 8 trozos

- 2 cda. cilantro picado

- Cortar el cerdo en 2 bistecs y secar con papel toalla.
Calentar el aceite en una sartén y dorar bien los bistecs por ambos lados y separar.

- Agregar y sofreír en la misma sartén la cebolla junto con el ajo.

- Agregar azúcar morena, palito de canela, sal, pimienta, naranja y poner devuelta los bistecs. Dar un hervor, tapar, bajar el fuego y cocinar lentamente por alrededor de 1 hora o hasta que el chancho quede blandito.

- Dejar que se evapore el líquido. Dejar un poquito para añadir al momento de servir.

- Deshilachar en bocaditos pequeños el chancho y agregar los jugos que hayan quedado en la sartén.

- Rociar con jugo de lima y cilantro picado al momento de servir.

- Servir con arroz Mejicano, tortillas y pico de gallo.
