- Al día siguiente vamos haciendo las albóndigas, con esa cantidad me salieron 40 unidades

- Ponemos aceite de oliva en una sartén y freímos. Las vamos colocando ya fritas en la olla plana.

- Retiramos aceite sobrante, y en la misma sartén sofreímos la cebolla.

- Cuando este sofrita, añadimos el perejil, laurel y harina de maizena, sofreímos un poco y añadimos el caldo



- Rectificamos de sal y dejamos cocer, cuando la salsa este a nuestro gusto la ponemos encima de las albóndigas, y dejamos cocer 15/20 mit a fuego lento, para que todos los sabores se meźclen.
