Una vez que están (reservamos un poquito de esa cebolla con el morrón para una salsita) incluimos esto a la carne picada y le agregamos el huevo, comenzamos a integrar, agregamos los condimentos, el pan rallado e integramos bien.
- Tomamos bolitas de la mezcla y le damos forma a nuestras hamburguesas y las vamos poniendo en una fuente para horno con un poquito de aceite. A mí me salieron 10 hamburguesas

- Una vez que tenemos todas, las cocinamos vuelta y vuelta en horno precalentado y antes de sacarlas le ponemos el queso fresco

- Previamente cortamos el queso, el tomate, el jamón, hacemos los huevos fritos.


- Yo le sume una salsita que hice con lo que reservé de cebolla y morrón y le agregué una cdta de aceite, 2 cdas de mayonesa, 2 cdas de salsa barbacoa.
- De guarnición: lave, pele y corte las papas. Las frite en aceite con una pizca de sal y las fui reservando en un bowl con servilleta.
