- Una vez tiernas las cebollas, colocamos la salsa de tomate, 1 taza de perejil, 1/2 taza de albahaca, el Laurel, el vino tinto y el agua. Salpimentamos a gusto. Pasar a una olla.

- Dejamos a fuego lento.
- Cortamos la panceta en cubitos


- Picamos 2 dientes de ajo


- Picamos finamente la cebolla


- Rallamos el queso

- Batimos 2 huevos


- Se mezcan la panceta con el ajo, la cebolla, el queso, los huevos, 1/2 taza de perejil, el orégano y la carne picada.

- Aplanamos las piezas de carne con un martillo de cocina.

- Se coloca los ingredientes del paso 11 sobre las piezas de carne.

- Se enrollan las piezas de carne y se atan con hilo de cocina o palillos

- Colocamos los rollitos sobre la salsa y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento por 90 minutos.
