  3. Enrollar apretando despacio como si fuers un pionono. El borde con huevo lo pegamos sobre el rollo. Cortar 1 film más grande que el rollo y envolverlo sobre si como un caramelo sacándole todo el aire. Hervirlo en una olla solo con agua por 15 min.
  4. Retiramos de la olla los rotolos, retirar el film y cortarlo en rodajas.
  5. En una fuente para horno hacer una base con salsa roja y acomodar los rollos. Cubrirlos con salsa blanca y rallarle queso por encima.
  6. Llevar al horno hasta que gratine. Y a comeeeeeer!!!!!
