  9. 4 cdas. harina
  10. Para el guisado
  11. 4 zanahorias
  12. 1 morrón
  13. 1 tallo apio
  14. Hojas orégano fresco
  15. Hebras romero
  16. Chorro aceite
  17. 2 boniatos
  18. 2 papas
  19. 3 tazas agua
  20. 400 ml. salsa tomate
  21. Curry picante
  22. Pimienta negra
  23. Sal

Instructions to make to make Albóndigas

  1. Para hacer las albóndigas ponemos la carne en un bol y añadimos todos los condimentos a gusto, sal y las cucharadas de harina. Amasamos un rato hasta mezclar bien, además el amasado ayudará a que la albóndiga mantenga la forma. Hacemos bolitas del tamaño que nos guste y reservamos. Me olvidé la foto de los pasos porque me entusiasmé cocinando!!
  2. En una olla con aceite caliente salteamos el morrón, la zanahoria rallada, el apio picado y le añadimos el orégano fresco y el romero.
  3. Removemos y añadimos el agua. Tapamos y dejamos que levante hervor. Agregamos las papas y boniatos en bastones. Le ponemos sal a gusto, pimienta negra y curry picante.
  4. Dejamos cocinar 10 minutos y añadimos la salsa de tomate. Yo tenía una salsa que me había sobrado del día anterior, de una pasta y la aproveché. Enseguida añadimos las albóndigas con cuidado y removemos suavemente. Dejaremos cocinar otros 10 minutos.
  5. Removemos cada tanto y probamos que las verduras estén cocidas, rectificamos sabor. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar unos minutos antes de servir. Que disfruten!
