  4. A continuación añadimos el resto de ingredientes al puré (pan rallado, perejil, orégano y pimienta) y volvemos ha triturar hasta hacer una masa más o menos consistente que dejaremos reposar unos minutos antes de trabajarla
  5. IMPORTANTE: si se fríen más de lo debido, o si el aceite no esta lo suficientemente caliente corres el peligro de que las albóndigas se te abran y se te deshagan en la sartén.
  6. Una vez están bien escurridas las lentejas las echamos en el vaso de la batidora y las trituramos hasta hacer un puré. (Yo he utilizado la Thermomix, pero se puede hacer también con una batidora normal o tipo americana).
  7. Con las manos enharinadas hacemos bolitas con la masa, las pasamos por abundante harina y las freímos de una en una, en abundante aceite caliente, un minuto escaso, vuelta y vuelta, retirándolas y dejándolas reposar una vez fritas en un papel de cocina para eliminar el exceso de grasa.
