- Saltear la cebolla y el morrón en aceite. Agregar la carne y por último la sal, azúcar, comino y pasas de uva.
- Para la masa ponemos en un bowl la harina y la sal, hacemos un hueco en el medio y agregamos el aceite y agua tibia. Formamos una masa suave.
- Estiramos bien fino y espolvoreamos con Royal y maicena. Doblamos y repetimos cuantas veces queramos, según cuanto hojaldre deseemos.
- Dividimos la masa en 2. Una mitad estiramos y usamos para forrar una fuente (yo usé una fuente de 20 por 30)
- Estiramos la otra mitad y cortamos círculos (yo corté 12, pero se pueden cortar más grandes y poner menos).
- Rellenamos con la carne y apretamos bien para que al cortar no se desarme.
- Cubrimos con los discos de masa uniendo los bordes unos con otros (a María Magdalena le quedaban perfectos!)

- Pincelamos abundante con el huevo batido con leche. Espolvoreamos con azúcar y por último con canela
- Llevar a horno 200° hasta dorar. La última foto la agregué de otro que hice después. Tratando de mejorar la técnica de la cubierta.
