- 4 papas pequeñas
- 4 trozos zapallo
- 1/2 taza Porotos verdes
- 1/2 taza arvejas
- 1 cebolla pequeña

- 3 cucharadas harina
- Sal
- Orégano
- Aliño completo
- Comino molido
- Cilantro picado fino
- 1/2 pan batido o marraqueta

- Primero tenemos todos nuestros ingredientes preparados para comenzar a cocinar nuestro almuerzo.



- En un bowl colocamos a remojar nuestro pan y cuando ya esté blando le quitamos la cáscara y el exceso de agua.

- En un bowl se coloca la carne molida, aliños, sal, cilantro, cebolla y pan molido y comenzamos a revolver todo muy bien para que se integre.



- Luego añadimos el huevo y la harina y comenzamos a integrar todo hasta que se forme una masa y no se deshaga al trabajarla.



- En una olla se coloca agua con sal y una vez que ya está hervida, introducimos nuestras albóndigas y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio por aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos.


- Luego humedecemos nuestras manos (para que no se pegue la carne y se deshagan) y formamos pelotitas.

- Una vez nuestras papas y zapallos están al dente se añade la taza de arroz y seguimos cocinando hasta que todo esté blando (aproximadamente 20 minutos más).


- En una olla colocamos agua hervida y añadimos nuestras verduras y aliños y dejamos cocinar 40 minutos a fuego medio.

- Una vez todo esté blando, comenzamos a servir nuestras albóndigas y a disfrutar calientito.
