Es una clásica, pero cada uno la prepara de modo diferente y eso la hace única!! Aquí les comparto mi receta!!

- 2 Cebollas
- 1 Morrón
- 3-4 dientes Ajo
- Salsa/Puré de Tomate
- Condimentos a gusto
- Sal o Caldos o de verduras en cubitos c/n
- 500 cc Agua Caliente
- Pastas o Arroz o Polenta..
Instructions to make to make Salsa con carne picada/molida!!
- Primero ponemos a sofreír la carne en un olla con un chorrito de aceite..

- Picamos las cebollas, el morrón y los ajos y una vez cocida la carne, se lo agregamos y mezclamos todo junto y dejamos que se cocinen por unos 5 minutos.
*Yo use morrón verde xq era el que tenia en el momento, pero pueden usar igual morrón rojo o amarillo, eso es preferencia de cada uno..

- Unas vez cocido lo anterior, agregamos los condimentos a gusto.
Yo use condimento para carnes, orégano, pimentón, albaca y condimento para chimichurri.

- Incorporamos todo y le agregamos la sal O los calditos de verduras y acá hago una pausa para explicarles xq agregar una cosa o la otra y no las dos juntas.
El caldito o cubito de verduras ya contiene sal y si le agregan 4 o 5 cubitos a su preparación no va a necesitar sal, xq ya esta agregada en el cubito y si le ponen sal tmb les va quedar súper salada la salsa. Yo en lo particular prefiero siempre el cubito de verduras xq no solo le aporta la sal sino tmb el sabor que es muy rico. Es opcional

- Luego de agregar sal o los cubitos de verduras, le agregamos la salsa/puré de tomates y el agua...

- Dejamos que se cocine todo por uno 20 minutos y ya esta lista para disfrutar...
Se puede freezar por unos 2 meses, o consumir en el momento. Acompañado de arroz hervido, o pastas, o Polenta o lo que prefieran.. Yo hervi unos tirabuzones y quedaron espectaculares con la salsa 👌👌👌👌👌
